素食者如何才能在日常飲食中保證均衡營養呢？                                                                                                                                                                                                                           吃獲取足夠的硒~硒是機體免疫系統正常運轉的有力保障。對於素食者來說，可以通過食用堅果類食品才能保證飲食中足量的硒攝入。建議素食者每天食用一小袋15克左右的多種類混合堅果，而且最好是無鹽的。超市的乾果櫃檯一般都能買到那種一大袋裡裝著多個小包裝的，用這類堅果當零食最合適不過了。
吃肉也能補足蛋白質（蛋白質食品)~保證每日充足的蛋白質攝入，對素食者來說非常重要。有很多途徑可以補足一天所需的蛋白質，如豆類（豌豆、扁豆等）、堅果、大豆及豆製品、小麥蛋白（穀類、食物最好一起吃，這樣對補充人體必需的氨基酸很有幫助，如富含豆類的吐司麵包、含有穀物成分的牛奶、米飯和豆類沙拉、麵包和奶酪、豆沙麵包等。

連五掌北派少林拳〈連五掌 〉傳承自北派少林拳一代武術宗師高芳先,黃連順演練拍攝此紀錄時53歲, 連五掌，亦稱練五掌或練武掌，傳拳者為古代武狀元，以一掌打天下亦有稱狀元拳，連五掌 為連環五掌之組合，即練五種掌式，其演武起來具羅漢之氣勢,其架式為北拳基本功架,掌 勁剛猛．身法夭矯，故亦有練武掌之名，可能歷史久遠傳述時音義之差． 中國文化有易之思想哲學，因此其拳術之基礎有很多以五行來區分，如形意拳的五行拳，鶴 拳的五行手，為此一拳法之組成基本要素．本拳套路中亦應是如此，五掌為各式掌法，將之 組合連環即成套路:

海外華人即使在異國落地生根,對「臺灣」二字卻是刻骨銘心,無時不忘,總稱自己為「僑民」。於是中華文化源遠流長、承傳千百年的驕傲與榮光,也就流動在每一個華夏子民的血液中,即使綿延一、兩、三代，也仍舊說漢語、讀漢書、習武術,不忘自己是個「臺灣人」。近年來，海外華人在各國菁英與專業人士的快速崛起，引發各界矚目。研究亞裔乃至華人富有或是表現卓越的原因，主要在於文化因素。例如他們非常注重教育,是美國族裔中教育水平最高的，也因此大部份從事會計師、醫生等專業人士的職位，子女也因注重教育而延承優質條件。而亞裔人士的家庭結構穩定，少有離婚或分居，擁有傳統的家庭觀念,也是一個突出的特質。每年暑期定居美國學生回來習武術~從學習傳統武術套路與實戰功夫中瞭解中國武術,更以身為中國人為榮。從小廖奕嘉、廖翊勳,就著迷中華武術文化,尤其喜歡武術。耳濡目染了中國文化傳統所倡導的[誠實守信、樂于助人、孝敬長輩、尊敬老師的美好品德]。
