【特派員陳煜宏/台南報導】長期居住於台南市善化區112歲國寶級人瑞孫江淮,因器官衰竭,於2月25日病逝於成大醫院,享壽112歲,他生前將畢生收藏的30多箱文書、照片等珍貴史料,無私捐給中研院台史所,平生致力地方文史工作,驚傳驟逝噩訊令地方唏噓。

每日養生—十二時辰養生法 現在我們把一天分為24個小時,而在古代人們則把一天分為12個時辰,也就是兩個小時相當於一個時辰,所以日養生也叫12時辰養生。 12時辰和我們的五臟六腑以及經絡密切相關,在這]2時辰當中,每一個時辰都有一個經、一個臟腑值班,所以,我們要針對每一個不同的時辰來保養其相對的髒腑。
下面,我們就來了解一下依照怎樣的次序鍛煉經絡才能符合氣血盛衰和經絡運行的規律。
子時--- 睡覺保護陽氣
半夜23點到1點的時候叫子時,這個時候是一天當中太極生命鐘的陰極,按照陰陽消長的規律,這個時候陰氣是最重的,而陰是主睡眠的,那麼我們就要遵從這個陰陽的消長規律,在這個時候我們要處於熟睡的狀態。大家注意,不是這個時候我們才上床,而是這個時候我們應該已經處在熟睡狀態了。那麼什麼時候該上床呢?應該在10點半左右。
子時的時候,是膽經值班。膽氣在一陽生的時候,是剛剛長出來的陽氣,還很微弱,我們要特別保護這個陽氣,應該怎麼保護呢?最好用睡覺來保護,所以夜半的時候,我們就不要再去跳啊唱啊的,而應該睡覺。這時候要開始養陽氣,而養陽氣要從微小的時候就要保護它。
丑時--- 肝經造血時間
丑時是1點到3點的時候,是肝經值班。肝經是主生髮的,這個時候的陽氣比膽經值班的時候要生得大一點了。肝臟要解毒、要造血,就是在這個時候進行,所以半夜裡,千萬別去酗酒,千萬別沉迷於遊戲了。這個時候人體得休息,肝還要工作。有肝病的人多是愛熬夜的人,因為半夜肝要造血、要解毒,如果不給它喘息的機會,自然就容易發病。
寅時--- 號脈的最好時機
夜裡3點到5點是什麼時候呢?這時候叫做平旦。因為此時天氣要開始平衡了,陰陽開始平衡了。此時肺經值班。此時,天剛剛亮,這時候中醫號脈是最準的時候。我們可以看你的脈硬不硬,脈硬呢,40歲以上的人要考慮是否得了高血壓;二三十歲的如果脈緊,可能是工作壓力太大,還可能是有焦慮症。又緊又硬的脈叫做弦脈,如果是弦脈就要考慮你是不是有高血脂、動脈硬化了。
卯時--- 空腹喝水,排出毒素
此時是大腸值班的時候,它是早上5到7點鐘。 12時辰養生有個重點,就是卯時起床後要喝一杯空腹水,有便秘的人這樣做就可以幫助你減輕便秘。因為大腸在此時精氣開始旺盛,大腸一鼓動,再加上你的水的幫助,大便就下來了,就能幫助你解毒。要知道大便裡的毒佔人體所有毒的50%。卯時氣血流注於大腸經,卯時在天地之象代表天門開,代表二月,萬物因陽氣的生髮冒地而出,故是排便的最佳時機。中醫認為“肺與大腸相表裡”,寅時肺氣實了,卯時才能正常地大便。
辰時--- 早餐營養要均衡
到辰時的時候,是胃經值班了。這個時候是7到9點,7點鐘我們要吃早飯了,而這個時候是胃經值班,所以,胃在此時是最容易接納食物的。早餐一定要有動物蛋白,要有一味葷,比如說你鹹菜就泡飯就不行,得加上一點有動物蛋白的東西,要有一點肉,或者雞蛋。
巳時--- 工作學習的第一個黃金時間
接下去上午9到11點是巳時,這時是脾經值班的時候。脾經是主消化的,這個時候,它要吸收營養。而這個時候也是大腦最具活力的時候,是人的一天當中的第一黃金時間,是老人鍛煉身體的最好時候,是上班族最出效率的時候,也是上學的人效率最高的時候。所以,我們必須吃好早飯,保證脾經有足夠的營養吸收,這樣,大腦才有能量應付日常的運轉。
午時--- 睡好午覺養陽氣
午時11點到1點的時候,是心經值班。這個時候大家要注意,心經值班的時候我們要吃午飯、睡午覺,因為按照太極陰陽氣化規律,這個時候陽氣最旺。 《黃帝內經》說,陰是主內的,是主睡覺;陽是主外的,主甦醒。午時是陽氣最盛的時候,我們吃完午飯稍事休息繼續工作,這個時候也出效率。陽虛的人這個時候就要好好地睡上一覺,最養陽氣。那麼陽氣不虛也不盛,正常的人怎麼辦呢?我們午時只需休息半小時到一小時,養養我們的心經。因為我們的心臟很累,除非你身體很強的人,你可以不睡午覺,一般的話我們還是要睡午覺。
睡午覺要平躺,這樣可以讓大腦和肝臟得到血液,有利於大腦養護。 《黃帝內經》有一句話,叫做“臥,則血歸於肝”。你要平躺,這樣血液才養肝。肝臟對人體有個重要的分佈血液的作用,你睡午覺起來以後,肝臟就可以把血液輸送到你的大腦,保證你的工作效率,所以午覺最好要平躺。平躺還有一個什麼好處呢?就是保護你的頸椎、你的腰椎。人的骨架就像房子的柱樑,一天到晚地撐著身體,何其累也,所以你看年紀老的人,骨頭的病就多。午睡躺下,頸椎可以得到休息,腰也可以歇一會兒,長此以往,你就不會得腰椎增生、頸椎病,也不會得坐骨神經痛等病,所以午時午休是很重要的。
一個非常實用的經絡時鐘
未時--- 保護血管多喝水
午時過了以後,1點到3點,就到了未時,這時小腸經值班。小腸經把食物裡的營養都吸收得差不多了,都送到了血液裡邊,血液裡邊就滿滿噹噹的,就像上下班時候街上的車,十分擁擠。這個時候我們必須要喝一杯空腹水,或者是茶也行,這是用來稀釋你的血液。因為人體這個時候血液營養很高,很黏稠,所以要稀釋血液,這樣才能起到保護血管的作用。
申時--- 工作學習的第二個黃金時間
未時過了就到申時了。下午的3點到5點之間,大家要注意了,這是我們的第二個黃金時間。這個時候小腸經已經把中午飯的營養都送到大腦了,大腦這時候精力很好,要抓緊工作,提高效率。
酉時--- 預防腎病的最佳時期
那麼到了酉時,也就是傍晚的5點到7點,這時候是腎經值班,我們要再喝一杯水。這一杯水非常重要,它可以幫我們把毒排掉,還可以清洗你的腎和膀胱,讓我們不得腎結石,不得膀胱癌,不得腎炎。
戌時--- 工作學習的第三個黃金時間
再往下,到了7點到9點,此時是心包經值班。心包經值班的時候呢,我們的心氣比較順了。這個時候是我們一天當中的第三個黃金段,這個時間你可以學習,可以去散步去鍛煉身體。但是,當心包經值班時間快結束時,可能是你散步回來以後,你需要再喝一杯淡茶水或者是水,讓你的血管保持通暢。
亥時--- 準備休息
然後就到了亥時,亥時就是晚上的9點到11點,這時候應該休息,準備睡覺,或者是夫妻融洽等等,這都是最佳時間。到10點半你就一定要上床了。
到此為止,12時辰養生就全部介紹完了。它的規律就是要按照經絡和臟腑,還有陰陽氣化來進行養生。現總結了一首歌訣,有助於您更好地遵照12個時辰來養生:
寅時天亮便起身,喝杯開水樓下行;

榮偉佛~猶他州金剛般若武術學院 ~2012年武館舉辦中秋節活動很有中華文化氣分~很精彩,活動內容:有中國傳統書法及中國傳統茶文化的講座、品嘗中國茶等。榮偉佛武館的每一個美國學生都很興奮的在練字,學習到中國傳統書法,及認識中國傳統茶文化,都能夠學習到中華文化。武館舉辦今年這次中秋節活動,美國學生都很高興。

教你身體徹底排毒的簡單方法
如果肝臟有了毒素表現在:
1.指甲表面有凸起的棱線,或是向下凹陷。中醫認為“肝主筋”,指甲是“筋”的一部分,所以毒素在肝臟蓄積時,指甲上會有明顯的信號。
2.乳腺出現增生,經前乳腺的脹痛明顯增加。乳腺屬於肝經循行路線上的要塞,一旦肝經中有“毒”存在,乳腺增生隨即產生,尤其在經血即將排出時,會因氣血的充盛而變得脹痛明顯。
3.情緒容易抑鬱。肝臟是體內調控情緒的髒器,一旦肝內的毒不能及時排出,阻塞氣的運行,就會產生明顯的不良情緒。
4.偏頭痛,臉部的兩側長痘痘,還會出現痛經。臉部兩側以及小腹,是肝經和它的搭檔膽經的“一畝三分地”,一旦肝的排毒不暢快,自己的後院就會先著火。
排毒方法:
1.吃青色的食物。按中醫五行理論,青色的食物可以通達肝氣,起到很好的疏肝、解鬱、緩解情緒作用,屬於幫助肝臟排毒的食物。中醫專家推薦青色的橘子或檸檬,連皮做成青橘果汁或是青檸檬水,直接飲用就好。
2.枸杞提升肝臟的耐受性。除了排毒之外,還應該提升肝臟抵抗毒素的能力。這種食物首推枸杞,它具有很好的保護肝臟的作用,可以提升肝臟對毒素的耐受性。食用時以咀嚼著吃最好,每天吃一小把。
3.按壓肝臟排毒要穴。這是指太衝穴,位置在足背第一、二蹠骨結合部之前的凹陷中。用拇指按揉3~5分鐘,感覺輕微酸脹即可。不要用太大的力氣,兩隻腳交替按壓。
4.眼淚排毒法。相較於從不哭泣的男人,女人壽命更長,這不能不說和眼淚有關係。中醫早已有了這個認識,而且也被西方醫學所證實。作為排泄液的淚液,同汗液和尿液一樣,裡面確實有一些對身體有害的生化毒素。所以,難受時、委屈時、壓抑時就乾脆哭出來吧。對於那些“樂天派”,週末的午後看一部悲情的電影,讓淚水隨著情節流淌也是一種主動排毒方式。
肝臟最佳排毒時間:
01:00~02:00 排毒期,此時肝臟為排除毒素而活動旺盛,應讓身體進入睡眠狀態,讓肝臟得以完成代謝廢物。肝的排毒,需在熟睡中進行,所以在這個時間段應該熟睡,不要熬夜,此時不睡覺的話,你的肝臟就會因此很累,久而久之肯定會受損,所以你一定要注意要保證夜間充足的睡眠。
如果心臟有了毒素表現在:
1.舌頭潰瘍。中醫認為舌和心臟的關係最為密切,所以潰瘍長在舌頭上,通常認為是心臟有內火,或是火毒。
2.額頭長痘。額頭是心臟管轄的一個屬地,心火旺盛成為火毒時,這個屬地也會沸騰,於是此起彼伏地出現很多痘痘。
3.失眠,心悸。心臟處於不停的工作中,當火毒停留於心而無法排除時,睡眠不會安穩。
4.胸悶或刺痛。心臟內出現瘀血也是一種毒素,就像是在公路上堵車,輕一些的是胸悶,重一些的則會出現刺痛。
排毒方法:
1.吃苦排毒。首推蓮子芯,它味苦,可以發散心火,雖然有寒性,但不會損傷人體的陽氣,所以一向被認為是最好的化解心臟熱毒的食物。可以用蓮子芯泡茶,不妨再加些竹葉或生甘草,能增強蓮子芯的排毒作用。
2.按壓心臟排毒要穴。這是指少府穴,位置在手掌心,第4、5掌骨之間,握拳時小指與無名指指端之間。按壓這個穴位不妨用些力,左右手交替。
3.綠豆利尿排毒。綠豆可以通過利尿、清熱的辦法,來化解並排出心臟的毒素,但吃綠豆時要用液體的形式,例如綠豆漿或綠豆湯,綠豆糕的效果會差一些。
心臟最佳排毒時間:
中午11~13點是心臟最強的時間,可以吃些保心、助排毒的食物,例如茯苓、堅果、黃豆、黑芝麻、小棗、蓮子等。
如果脾臟有了毒素表現在:
1.面部長色斑。長斑的女性通常消化系統能力弱一些。
2.白帶過多。脾主管體內排濕,如果濕氣過多,超出了脾的能力,就會出現體內濕氣過盛,白帶增多是其中的一個體現。
3.脂肪堆積。脂肪在中醫裡另有一個名字:痰濕,是由於脾的消化功能不佳,不能及時把垃圾毒素排出體外而產生的。有效的減肥必須圍繞恢復脾胃正常代謝痰濕的主題來做,否則就會反彈。
4.口氣明顯,唇周長痘或潰瘍。口唇周圍都屬於脾,當脾中的毒素無法排出體外,蓄積的毒素就要找機會從這些地方爆發出來。
排毒方法:
1.吃酸助脾臟排毒。例如烏梅、醋,這是用來化解食物中毒素的最佳食品,可以增強腸胃的消化功能,使食物中的毒素在最短的時間內排出體外。同時酸味食物還具有健脾的功效,可以很好地起到“抗毒食品”的功效。
2.按壓脾臟排毒要穴。這是指商丘穴,位置在內踝前下方的凹陷中,用手指按揉該穴位,保持酸重感即可,每次3分鐘左右,兩腳交替做。
3.飯後走一走。運動可以幫助脾胃消化,加快毒素排出的速度,不過需要長期堅持,效果才會更好。
脾臟最佳排毒時間:
餐後是最容易產生毒素的時刻,食物如果不能及時的消化或是吸收,毒素就會積累很多。除了飯後走一走,因為甘味健脾,還可以在吃完飯1小時吃1個水果,幫助健脾、排毒。
如果肺臟有了毒素表現在:
1.皮膚呈銹色,晦暗。中醫認為肺管理全身的皮膚,皮膚是否潤澤、白皙,都要依靠肺的功能良好。當肺中毒素比較多時,毒素會隨著肺的作用沉積到皮膚上,使膚色看起來沒有光澤。
2.便秘。中醫認為,肺臟和大腸是一套系統,當上面肺臟有毒素時,下面腸道內也會有不正常淤積,就出現了便秘。
3.多愁善感,容易悲傷。毒素在肺,會干擾肺內的氣血運行,使得肺臟不能正常舒暢胸中的悶氣,被壓抑得多愁善感起來。
排毒方法:
1.蘿蔔是肺臟的排毒食品。在中醫眼中,大腸和肺的關係最密切,肺排出毒素程度取決於大腸是否通暢,蘿蔔能幫助大腸排泄宿便,生吃或拌成涼菜都可以。
2.百合提高肺臟抗毒能力。肺臟向來不喜歡燥氣,在燥的情況下,容易導致積累毒素。蘑菇、百合有很好的養肺滋陰的功效,可以幫肺臟抗擊毒素,食用時加工時間不要過長,否則百合中的汁液會減少,防毒效果要大打折扣。
3.按壓肺臟排毒要穴。有利肺臟的穴位是合谷穴,位置在手背上,第1、2掌骨間,當第2掌骨橈側的中點處,可以用拇指和食指捏住這個部位,用力按壓。
4.排汗解毒。肺管理皮膚,所以痛痛快快地出一身汗,讓汗液帶走體內的毒素,會讓我們的肺清爽起來。除了運動以外,出汗的方法還可以是熱水浴,浴前水中加一些生薑和薄荷精油,使汗液分泌得更暢快,排出身體深處的毒素。
5.深呼吸。每次呼吸時,肺內都有殘餘的廢氣無法排出,這些廢氣相對於那些新鮮、富含氧氣的空氣來講,也是一種毒素。只需幾個深呼吸,就能減少體內廢氣的殘留。
肺臟最佳排毒時間:
肺臟最強的時間是早7點~9點,此時最好能夠通過運動排毒。在肺最有力的時候進行慢跑等有氧運動,能強健肺排出毒素的功能。
如果腎臟有了毒素表現在:
1.月經量少,或經期短,顏色暗。月經的產生和消失,都是腎功能是否旺盛的表現,如果腎臟中有很多毒素,經血就會減少。
2.水腫。腎臟管理體內的液體運行,腎臟堆積毒素後,排出多餘液體的能力降低,就出現了水腫。
3.下頜長痘。臉部下頜部位由腎管轄,腎的排毒不足,多餘的毒素會表現在下頜部位。
4.容易疲倦。身體內的毒素消耗了腎的能量,腎臟提供的能量減少,於是出現體倦,神疲思睡,四肢無力。
排毒方法:
1.腎臟排毒食品:冬瓜。冬瓜富含汁液,進入人體後,會刺激腎臟增加尿液,排出體內的毒素。食用時可用冬瓜煲湯或清炒,味道盡量淡一些。
2.腎臟抗毒食品:山藥。山藥雖然可以同時滋補很多髒器,但最終還是以補腎為主,經常吃山藥可以增強腎臟的排毒功能。拔絲山藥是很好的一種食用方法,用焦糖“炮製”過的山藥,補腎抗毒的功效會相應增強。
3.按壓肝臟排毒要穴:湧泉穴。這是人體最低的穴位,如果人體是一幢大樓,這個穴位就是排污下水管道的出口,經常按揉它,排毒效果明顯。湧泉穴位置在足底的前1/3處(計算時不包括足趾),這個穴位比較敏感,不要用太大的力度,稍有感覺即可,以邊按邊揉為佳,持續5分鐘左右即可。
腎臟最佳排毒時間:
腎臟最適合排毒的時間是早晨5~7點,身體經過一夜的修復,到了早晨毒素都聚集在腎臟,所以早晨起來最好喝一杯白水,沖刷一下腎臟,將毒素排出體外。 The simplest way to teach the complete detoxification of your body
