定居美國 本門海外武術學生:廖奕嘉、廖翊勳 Settles down the American this overseas martial arts student: Liao Luan fine, Liao Yi merit
海外華人即使在異國落地生根,對「臺灣」二字卻是刻骨銘心,無時不忘,總稱自己為「僑民」。於是中華文化源遠流長、承傳千百年的驕傲與榮光,也就流動在每一個華夏子民的血液中,即使綿延一、兩、三代，也仍舊說漢語、讀漢書、習武術,不忘自己是個「臺灣人」。近年來，海外華人在各國菁英與專業人士的快速崛起，引發各界矚目。研究亞裔乃至華人富有或是表現卓越的原因，主要在於文化因素。例如他們非常注重教育,是美國族裔中教育水平最高的，也因此大部份從事會計師、醫生等專業人士的職位，子女也因注重教育而延承優質條件。而亞裔人士的家庭結構穩定，少有離婚或分居，擁有傳統的家庭觀念,也是一個突出的特質。每年暑期定居美國學生回來習武術~從學習傳統武術套路與實戰功夫中瞭解中國武術,更以身為中國人為榮。從小廖奕嘉、廖翊勳,就著迷中華武術文化,尤其喜歡武術。耳濡目染了中國文化傳統所倡導的[誠實守信、樂于助人、孝敬長輩、尊敬老師的美好品德]。
