<泡腳的方法>

 泡澡和泡腳在方法上有些許的不同,但是理論上還是相同。現就方法加以說明。在泡腳時,用一個泡腳桶(最好是插電式,可加溫、保溫的泡腳機),高度要盡量高一點,不要太矮,效果不明顯。

溫度因人而異,但是都要從中溫開始,不宜太高溫,更應避免一開始就用高溫,怕心臟負荷不了。要由中、低溫慢慢加溫上來,在加溫的同時,也可以讓心臟慢慢的適應,避免不適。在泡腳的同時,拿幾條大毛巾把腳膝蓋、大腿背部也蓋好,避免碰到冷空氣,增加血液的循環,也可以完整的把汗排乾淨。

<泡腳的效用>
