7d33e0a3g7817ec80be9a&690.jpg 台灣最高壽106歲 百歲人瑞 孫江淮養生法 Taiwan most longevity 106 year-old and venerable person  台南縣善化鎮106歲人瑞孫江淮,耳聰目明、思考敏銳,至今仍保有廿六顆真材實料的牙齒,孫江淮透露自己的保健方法就是多吃蔬果、少吃肉,吃過東西後一定要刷牙。「孫爺爺」孫江淮是地方文史的活字典,麻豆地方文史工作者詹評仁、台灣文學資料館長張良澤、志工老師鐘秀琴等,先前帶著新書「南瀛學」拜訪孫江淮,令孫江淮開心地露齒而笑,得知孫江淮仍有廿六顆真牙,眾人頻頻詢問養身之道。
孫江淮身高一百八十公分,每天都練
瑜珈(中國之經絡舒筋法)、太極拳與揉和氣功,他可雙腳盤腿、額頭觸地,每天早上一定會喝一杯不加糖的豆漿,加些薏仁粉、杏仁粉或銀杏等或300cc白開水,再吃些木瓜、蘋果或奇異果、葡萄,孫江淮說,要長壽就「不能吃太好,多吃蔬菜水果。」
孫江淮不愛吃肉,喜歡吃魚,每天都會吃水果,但不打成果汁,他說,「天然的尚好」,現在他還可以吃芭樂片,「只要吃過東西,一定要刷牙」,「我現在還有廿六顆牙齒」,語畢,孫爺爺笑得好燦爛。

孫江淮在五十歲時,曾因大腸癌手術切掉一尺半的腸子,讓他體會到攝取蔬果的重要,他也不愛吃甜食,一吃甜食,腸胃就不舒服,不過,每天都能吃一碗平平的糙米飯加薏仁,飲食強調少油、少炸。

孫江淮說「吃薏仁皮膚會變好」,果然,他的手上少有老人常見的斑,讓一旁稱羨不已。

孫爺爺還有另一個養身秘訣,就是從不生氣,凡事平常心看待,「
沒什麼好爭的,一切隨緣」,每天睡覺前,他一定會把煩惱全部忘光光,靜心入眠睡足7至8小時,就連生死問題也看得很開,「從沒想過能活幾歲,過一天算一天,強求也沒用,平常心對待。」
不僅身體硬朗可以獨自到處散步,他還會練瑜珈(中國之經絡舒筋法),將身體彎成90度,高超的柔軟度真的讓人佩服。
盤腿而坐,再把身體彎成90度,不少年輕人會哇哇叫彎不下去,對106歲的人瑞孫江準來說,這可是他
