中国に古くから伝わる中国武術は、戦闘に使われるだけじゃなく健康を維持するためにも有効といわれ、現在でも入門を希望する人が後を絶ちません。その世界では、器械と呼ばれる武具を使いこなすことができてこそ一人前とみなされます。 剣?刀?棍棒?槍といった器械の中でもっとも難しいのが剣。その剣術を習得するために、山田純大さんは黄連順(フォアン）先生のもとに弟子入りをしますが…。

山田純大     NHK朝の連続テレビ小説「あぐり」、ＮＴＶ系ドラマ「ロマンス」など、テレビ、映画、ＣＭで活躍中。成城学園初等部を卒業後、ハワイの中学、高校に留学。その後、ハワイ大学からカリフォルニア州ペパーダイン大学に転校。その間にグレイシー柔術を学ぶ。しかし、今回の剣術にはまったく役に立たなかった、らしい。
